aAIM India
aAIM India is a wholly owned division of aAIM Group established to invest in growth corridor, development projects in India. The division was conceptualised in 2006 to capitalise on the country's strong, long term, macro fundamentals.

In May 2008, aAIM formed a Joint Venture (JV) with a Mumbai based Grade A developer with a substantial land bank and a successful track record of developing large residential projects. The JV has now invested in the development of an integrated township in Maharashtra. This is the first of many JV developments that aAIM is planning in Tier II and III cities.

aAIM has established relationships with strong domestic developers and credible local partners. The division is actively pursuing development opportunities through these relationships and has a substantial deal pipeline as a result, including infrastructure projects.
