aAIM UK is opportunistic in its approach to deals and has successfully been involved in development funding and joint ventures as well as straight forward transactions. The division continues to focus on acquiring commercial property investments let to strong covenants on long leases. We consider all commercial sectors but more recently we have been specialising in Healthcare, Hospitality and Leisure. aAIM UK adds value through a variety of asset management strategies including lease re-gearing, investment capital expenditure, redevelopment and increasing density.
