Mike Kerr joined aAIM Group in 2007 as Chief Executive and founder of aAIM Infrastructure and Chairman of aAIM India. Mike joined aAIM following 20 years as a Corporate Finance partner with Deloitte. Mike is a physics graduate, a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Securities Institute.

Until leaving Deloitte Mike was the partner in charge of Specialised Finance - Project Finance, Economic Consulting, Real Estate and Business Modelling. He has also led the firm-wide Public Sector business (around 1500 people) and earlier in his career was responsible for the Mergers and Acquisitions business.

Mike was the lead adviser to some of the largest property transactions in the UK - the £4bn PRIME transaction and the £3bn STEPS transactions are amongst these.
