Stuart Le Gassick has more than 30 years’ worth of experience in the property sector.

As a former Director of Gainsborough Estates up until 1994, Stuart was the inspiration behind a number of prestigious business ventures including the acquisition of the entire property portfolio of the Ribble Bus Company.

Stuart formed the Marlborough Property Company in 1971 and has since successfully developed a portfolio of commercial, industrial and residential developments throughout the UK and Europe.

Stuart has a reputation as a well connected and astute deal maker, with senior level contacts within many corporates and the property industry as a whole, making him a lynchpin of aAIM's tenant-focused approach when negotiating transactions.

Stuart is involved in deal origination for aAIM’s International Divisions.
