Paul Stephen is a Director in aAIM Infrastructure. A proven originator and transactor of public private partnerships, Paul will work with local authorities to bring bespoke financing and delivery expertise to the delivery of regeneration, waste, transport, and property infrastructure.

Prior to joining aAIM in May 2008, Paul was a partner at Deloitte, where he led the firm's public sector real estate business. As a corporate finance specialist, Paul's focus was on structuring and financing property projects through long term portfolio outsourcing projects, commercial joint ventures and integrator contracts for central government departments and local authorities. Paul has led many successful property and regeneration transactions, including the award winning Project MoDEL.
